Vendor Registration

if you’re interested in being part of our vendors lineup at the 3rd Kite Festival Utah, you’re in the right place!

Please read carefully, you should be able to find all the required information here, yet if you have any questions please contact us.

Set up: 8:30am to 10:30am
Take down: 7:00pm to 8:30pm

COST OF SPACES

Booth measurements are 10’x10′ (vendors are responsible to bring displays/chairs/tents/tables to decorate their booth space.

Vendors and Artisans:

Full space: $100)
- Shared spaces: maximum 2 ventures, both must apply and be approved.

Food:

Dessert & snack table $200)
- Shared spaces: maximum 2 ventures, both must apply and be approved.
Food truck $400)

We will indicate the location of the space, vendors take care of their displays. Spaces are not transferable without our involvement, yet to ensure variety and diversity of vendors we do not guarantee transfers approvals.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Booth fee payment is due 4 weeks before the and information will be provided in the acceptance email to the Market.

Once you fill out the form and your request is approved, we will send the payment method to your email.

TERMS OF SERVICE

There are NO REFUNDS after our confirmation email, no exceptions
If you are no longer able to attend the market, we ask you to please notify us. We can be contacted by email at vendors@kitefestivalutah.org.
Vendors and exhibitors: Your presence is required throughout the whole event (11am to 7pm).
You are responsible for your products and payments transactions during the event.
Vendors and exhibitors will be responsible for cleaning their booth spotless. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cleaning fee.
